Your fully equipped kitchen has what you need, there is even a gas grill near the pool area to use if you choose. Enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The condo was beautiful. Thank you Louis and Anna! Very comfortable and clean. Loved seeing he dolphin. The sunsets were amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Hated to leave and come back to New York's cold!

We had a great vacation at this condo. It is very pretty and well appointed with everything we needed. The location is very good as there are nice little stores and restaurants nearby. You couldn't ask for a nicer staff than Plumlee Realty. Extremely friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. The view from the balcony is just beautiful. And, the mattress on the king bed was so comfortable! The beach items (chairs, umbrella, cooler) were greatly appreciated as well! The only suggestion we could make is that a hand bar in the bath would be helpful for seniors. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Can't wait to go back! Everything was amazing while staying at Chateaux Condominiums with Plumlee. The staff at the office were so laid back and nice. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The view of the beach from our condo #108 was breathtaking! I can't wait to go back and will definitely rent through Plumlee in the future!

Couldn�t ask for a better location! This condo was perfect for my husband, son, and myself. You couldn�t be closer to the beach unless you were on the beach. The beach was never crowded and the depth of the water was perfect for our 2 year old as it was shallow until you were out really far. We can�t wait to go back!

We chose Chateaux 108 for our honeymoon based on the reviews of the beautiful sunsets and being able to watch the dolphins from the balcony. The previous reviewers were spot on. We watched dolphins swimming by daily and the sunsets were gorgeous! The condo was comfortable and accommodated us perfectly. Our only "complaint" would be that we had to check in at a separate location. We flew in to Clearwater and didn't rent a car so we had to Uber to the rental place for check in and then Uber a second time to the condo. Since there is keypad access at the condo, my suggestion would be to message the code to the tenant prior to arrival so that extra stop could be eliminated. All in all we loved the location and look forward to our next trip back to Indian Shores Beach!!

We spent 3 lovely weeks @ Chateaux 108. We felt very much at home here & had every convenience we could have possibly needed, and some that were a nice surprise. The lawn chairs were an added perk & the recommended restaurants were all an A+.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Chateaux. The unit we stayed in was furnished well just thought the decor was a little over much for a rental unit and very dark. But the furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need. The pool was wonderful the temperature was perfect. The shower coming off the beach was a nice Plus, and the beach was wonderful wish the weather had been warmer. The balcony was wonderful table and chairs along with two wicker couches to watch a wonderful Sunset our favorite part of this day.

The condo was nicer than the pics shown. We had more than we expected provided for us, plenty of towels, fishing poles, 3 beach chairs and the cot was comfortable for our teen son. The office made it easy to check in late and were very pleasant to deal with when signing papers and checking out. We will definitely stay here again.

Louis's condo- 108 Chateaux was even better than last year! Upgraded mattress, couch and tv added an extra star to an already 5 star rating. The extra amenities like new beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and fishing rods are much appreciated extras. The local oysters, grouper, and hogfish were awesome! Thank you Louis for sharing your beautiful home with us. We'll definitely be back!

We had a lovely time in Unit 108. The property is clean and well kept. The pool was very nice too. Steps from the beach and so close to some great restaurants. The condo was well equipped with plates and glasses and all the items needed to cook. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunset is amazing, and the Gulf Coast has some of the prettiest sunsets ever.
