The property is right on the Gulf of Mexico and has a large deck area with plenty of loungers, a heated pool, a hot tub, 3 gas grills, and a resurfaced (2019) tennis court. The building has two elevators and stairwells. Located in the perfect location to walk to many local favorite restaurants and shops or take the trolley that runs up and down the beach for $5 a day rides from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach.
