Well furnished and appears to have been recently updated. Everything was great. The pool and surrounding area was very clean and well maintained. One of the two elevators was out of order for most of the week, but there were no major delays experienced.

The location of this property cannot be beat! Expansive view of the Gulf from your living room and direct access to the beach. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and pillows. Several restaurants close by, and the beach in this area is not as busy as Clearwater Beach. It was just what we were looking for!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandcastle 1 Unit 502. The condo was in excellent condition and very well equipped to meet our needs for the duration of our stay. The grounds are well maintained and inviting. We would recommend any of the Sandcastle properties to anyone looking for a relaxing beach with amazing views of the Gulf.

We have stayed in this same condo (502) for the past four years, with this year being the first we rented through Plumlee. We are totally satisfied and happy with our rental!
