Perfect vacation getaway! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a private balcony with a spiral staircase. The Living room and Master bedroom are both open to the balcony and have a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has a Roku smart TV and cable. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with a ceiling fan, TV, and en suite bathroom. The Master bathroom has a step-in shower. The second bedroom has a Double bed and a Twin bed with a ceiling fan and TV. The third bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower in the hallway. The full-size kitchen also has a Microwave and a Dishwasher. There is a Washer and Dryer right in the unit for your convenience. There is also FREE long-distance calling to U.S. and Canada and free secure WiFi. The property has fewer units than other buildings and is a joy to vacation at, the pool is heated, there are pool area bathrooms, gas grill and there is a hot tub too. Don't forget to use the FREE weekday bike rentals from the managers - Plumlee!

First time to visit IRB. My family loved the area and all it has to offer. The local police stopped us While walking to get ice cream and gave my granddaughter a teddy bear! Very nice area!

We had a great time & the condo was perfect! Very well stocked, convenient to everything, and very comfortable furnishings! I would make one recommendation that you let people know that the trash disposal is at the end of each hall. We couldn't figure out where to take it. Thanks again for a great girls getaway!!

The condo was great! The only two problems we had were the pub across the street made a lot of noise when our kids needed to go to bed and that the air conditioner may need a new motor. The noise in the master bedroom was quite a bit from the air conditioner vibrating on the joining wall.
