Fantastic Intracoastal Waterway views from your private balcony right on the Intracoastal Waterway. Enjoy relaxing, watching boats and dolphins, and making vacation memories. As soon as you enter this charming property you will feel right at home. The kitchen and bathrooms have bright white cabinetries and granite counters. There is both a K-cup and drip coffee maker. The master bedroom is waterside with a sliding glass door to the balcony as well as a King size bed, TV with cable box, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite has double sinks and tub/shower. There is a utility space with a washer and dryer right in the condo. The second bedroom has Twin beds, and a TV with cable. The second bathroom has a step-in shower and is accessible from both the 2nd bedroom and hallway. What a location, being directly across the street from the complex's private beach access to the sandy Gulf beaches of Indian Shores. After a wonderful day at the beach, go fishing on the complex's fishing pier, relax poolside, take a dip in the heated pool and hot tub or just sit back and relax on your amazing waterfront balcony. Please note there is a ring doorbell at the front door only. Undercover parking space.

A lovely condo

We travelled from UK with our teenage Grandaughters, to stay in this lovely condo for 2 weeks. We have stayed in this area for several years in different rentals, but I’ve got to say this condo and location was our favourite . It was immaculately clean and in excellent condition, and had everything we needed for a happy comfortable vacation. We saw dolphins and a manatee along with various sea birds which landed on the dock, outside our balcony, that faced the inland waterway. It was great to watch the variety of boats passing too. The beach was a short walk across from Water View and the pool was very welcome on a very hot day if it got too hot on the beach. There were several excellent restaurants close by to chose from. Our Grandaughters loved it here and definitely want to come back as we hope to. Even the passing hurricane for which we had to evacuate, didn’t put us off.
